What makes this kitchen starts with the floor, a neutral limestone. The maple cabinets are soft against the floor cause of the taupe colour and finished off with a neutral beige "Autumn leaf" granite. The pickling on the cabinets , whilst expensive , does give an added dimension. I found, however, when most discovered the cost of the hand pickling, no one went with this particular design feature. Finally, the backsplash of tumbled marble appealed to EVERYONE!However, beware of the cost and best to have your own guy install. The open shelf above the sink and glass cabinets are a nice touch that too, elevated the kitchen to designer.
